Building Consistency Across Complex Products

Within Procter&Gamble, this work focused on improving complex internal workflows and contributing to a unified design system used across multiple products. By designing clearer flows, scalable data visualization patterns, and consistent UI components, the experience became more structured, efficient, and easier to navigate. The project reflects a shift from fragmented tools to a more cohesive system—supporting better decision-making across teams.

Project Description

Working within a large-scale organization, multiple internal tools were used to manage campaigns, budgeting, and operational processes. These tools often lacked consistency, making workflows harder to navigate and maintain.

The work focused on simplifying these experiences while contributing to a broader design system.

Key efforts included redesigning core flows—such as campaign budgeting and alerts—to improve clarity and usability. At the same time, a data visualization system was developed to standardize how information was presented, including graph structures, color usage, and hierarchy.

Beyond individual features, the project contributed to aligning multiple tools under a shared design language, supporting scalability and consistency across teams and use cases.

Contribution
  • UX/UI design (complex workflows, interaction flows),

  • Design systems (components, patterns, adoption),

  • Data visualization (graphs, color systems, hierarchy),

  • Cross-product alignment (migration of tools into unified system),

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Impact

Used by 500+ internal users across teams

Improved clarity in key workflows (campaigns, alerts, budgeting)
Increased consistency across tools and interfaces
Supported scalable adoption of a unified design system
